So let me get this straight, 200k a year, assuming before tax or costs as you got to make it look good for this video. Then over 40k a year just in basic overhead, plus he said you can't do it alone so at least one employee, so that's another 40k a year lets say. After taxes and other costs he's not even left with a living wage in most states. How is this a great business???

I'm surprised about the comments. I find this channel very frustrating to watch. Just constant scene changes and fluff comments. It's like you're more focused on changing scenes than providing value to the audience. Unbelievably frustrating to watch the interviewee say 2 sentences and then get ANOTHER SCENE CHANGE. Good lord.

Lion's mane is good for soaking up broths, so soups, stews, etc. would work great. There's a restaurant near by my place (in Malaysia) that does a ginger soup with lion's mane mushrooms. I've also had them deep fried.. that works too, but it's a better eating experience in broths.

If you want to work non stop and the truck into the ground then go finance a new truck and run salvage like this guy. Especially now a days the cost of a truck, insurance and fuel is way out of hand. Add piss poor employees and deal with possible damage claims from these employees and these new cars that dont like to roll in neutral along with low spoilers, and fragile suspensions. Its one big cluster fk of garbage. This industry has gone to the way side like so many others. Been involved in towing my whole life and behind the wheel myself almost 20 years. Its has become just in the last decade an awful stressful and even more dangerous endeavor and as soon as feasibly possible I myself and many others are out of this life for good and I will never look back. Also just a unsettling fact at least one tow truck driver is severely injured or killed out on US/Canadian roadways every day. Put that in perspective if you have kids and want to be home for them. 😔
